I am Dr. Lawanda J. Holliman, a U.S. Army Colonel [Ret.] with more than 26 years of leadership experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations. I have led multidisciplinary teams across regions, designed enterprise-level programs, and seen firsthand what happens when excellence is pursued without empathy.

Through Design High Performance I equip leaders to attract and retain top talent, build high performance teams, and raise execution standards using evidence based cultural analysis and experiential development.
